SureRank is a newer SEO plugin from Brainstorm Force, the company behind the Astra theme, Spectra and SureCart. It aims at site owners who want clear guidance rather than dozens of settings, and it grew quickly on WordPress.org thanks to the company’s existing ecosystem.
Free features
The free plugin covers meta titles and descriptions with global templates, Open Graph and X tags, canonical and robots controls, an XML sitemap and a news sitemap, a robots.txt editor, and schema markup with a long list of types including Article, Product, FAQ, Local Business and Video. Page-level and site-level SEO checks highlight issues such as missing meta, focus keyword placement and broken links, and an automatic image SEO option fills missing alt text from file names. Google Search Console data is shown inside the dashboard. SureRank AI is built in without needing your own API key and can generate meta descriptions, with bulk generation added to the free plugin in 2026.
