Joinchat (formerly WAme, slug creame-whatsapp-me) is a WhatsApp contact button for WordPress built by Creame. It shows a floating button that opens WhatsApp on phones, or WhatsApp Web or Desktop with a scannable QR code on computers, and can display a chat-style call-to-action bubble before the visitor starts the conversation.
The free plugin goes further than most WhatsApp buttons. Start messages can include variables for the page title, URL, product, price and discount; the Rich Chat option builds multi-bubble CTAs with links, images and buttons; and every post, page, product or archive can override the number, CTA and message. WooCommerce stores get CTAs for shop, product and sale pages and an optional button next to Add to cart. A clicks counter appears in the dashboard and events are sent to GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Google Ads.
