BookingPress
Appointment booking plugin from Repute Infosystems with a free Lite core and paid plans bundling 60+ add-ons for staff, payments and calendar…
Premium appointment booking plugin from FS Code with staff, locations, workflows and a large add-on store, sold on its own site and CodeCanyon.
Booknetic is a premium WordPress appointment booking and scheduling plugin from FS Code. It is sold on booknetic.com in four annual tiers (with lifetime options), as a CodeCanyon item and via AppSumo, and the same team offers a separate multi-vendor Booknetic SaaS product. There is no free version on WordPress.org.
The core, available in every plan, covers staff members with weekly schedules, holidays and special days, multiple locations, services with extras, group appointments with capacity limits, recurring appointments, a workflow module for automated email reminders and follow-ups, service buffer times, minimum notice and a booking window. The booking panel is placed with a shortcode or block and can be styled without code.
Many extras, including deposits, packages, gift cards, waiting lists, Outlook Calendar and the user role manager, are add-ons from the in-plugin Boostore; lower tiers include a limited selection, while Elite bundles them all. The admin is polished, and CodeCanyon buyers rate it highly (about 4.9/5 from over 450 reviews).
Limitations: the add-on model makes it hard to know exactly what a tier includes, SMS and WhatsApp are Elite-only, and the list prices shown struck through are much higher than the sale prices, so check renewal terms. Booknetic suits salons, clinics, gyms and consultancies that want a modern booking UI with staff, locations and automation, and are happy to pay for the higher tiers to unlock messaging and integrations.
Best for: Multi-staff or multi-location service businesses that want a polished booking UI with automation and are willing to buy a higher tier.
Booknetic gives you staff, locations, group and recurring bookings even on the cheapest tier, and its UI and workflows are well regarded. Payments, calendar sync and messaging are spread across tiers and add-ons, so many businesses will end up on Premium or Elite.

Our estimate, see method below.
How we estimated this: Website scans by WPoptic find the paid plugin (folder booknetic) on 2,039 live sites; measured install counts for five WooCommerce extensions show each site found stands for about 4.5, giving 9.2K. 10,782 paying customers or sales over 6 years; assuming 40% still use it and 1.3 sites per licence gives 5.6K. Combining these (weighted average) gives about 7.5K. The vendor says 120K+ sites use it, and 80% of that is 96K. Vendor totals are loose, so we only move our figure part of the way toward it, from 7.5K to 9.3K. Likely range: 6K to 14K. This counts sites running the paid version, including sites whose licence has lapsed. Estimates are rough and based on public figures as of 14 Oct 2026.
| Paying customers claimed | 10.7K+ (source, 6 Oct 2026) CodeCanyon shows 10,782 sales (4.91/5 from 471 reviews); direct and AppSumo sales are extra. |
