Customer Reviews for WooCommerce
Free WooCommerce review plugin by CusRev with automatic review reminders, photo and video reviews, Q&A, review coupons and Google Shopping review feeds.
WPChill's testimonial plugin with a submission form, views, slider and star ratings; paid plans add importers, schema, video and more forms.
Strong Testimonials from WPChill (the team behind Modula and Download Monitor) is built around testimonials rather than marketplace-style reviews. You add testimonials in the admin or collect them through a front-end form, then display them with Views, which are reusable display configurations you place with a block, widget or the [testimonial_view] shortcode.
The free version includes one customisable submission form with Ajax submit, a star rating field and a photo upload, pending or auto-publish moderation and admin notification emails to several recipients. Views can show testimonials as lists or grids, or as a slideshow showing one to three at a time. The [testimonial_average_rating] and [testimonial_count] shortcodes show an average with stars and a total. It works with WPML, Polylang and WP Globus, and by default stores no visitor data.
Paid plans are sold as yearly licences. Basic ($78/year, 1 site) adds the country selector. Plus ($138/year, 3 sites) adds SEO-friendly review markup, advanced views, pro templates, custom properties, post-type assignment, captcha and the third-party importer, which can automatically pull reviews from Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, Booking.com, Airbnb, Capterra, G2 and WooCommerce. Business ($198/year, 5 sites) adds video testimonials, multiple forms, custom fields, infinite scroll, enhanced customer emails, category filters, role management and Mailchimp. First-year prices are currently half the renewal price.
Pick Strong Testimonials if you mainly want to collect, curate and showcase testimonials, with the option to import reviews from Google and others later.
Best for: Businesses that want to collect, moderate and showcase testimonials, with optional imports from review platforms.
Strong Testimonials is a dependable free testimonial manager with a useful form and slider. To get schema and platform imports you need Plus, and video, filters and multiple forms need Business, so compare it against review-focused plugins if collecting reviews at scale matters more than curating testimonials.

Our estimate, see method below.
How we estimated this: About 85K free installs x 8% (the usual share of free sites that also run the paid version when some key features are paid) gives 6.8K. The vendor claims 100K+ sites in total. Taking away about 85K free installs leaves 15K, and 80% of that is 12K. Vendor totals are loose, so we only move our figure part of the way toward it, from 6.8K to 8.1K. Likely range: 4.1K to 16K. This counts sites running the paid version, including sites whose licence has lapsed. Estimates are rough and based on public figures as of 14 Oct 2026.
