Customer Reviews for WooCommerce
Free WooCommerce review plugin by CusRev with automatic review reminders, photo and video reviews, Q&A, review coupons and Google Shopping review feeds.
Connects WooCommerce to the REVIEWS.io platform for verified product and company reviews, Google Seller Ratings, UGC and review widgets. Free plan, paid tiers.
REVIEWS.io for WooCommerce is the official connector for REVIEWS.io, a hosted review and user-generated content platform for online shops. The plugin itself is free; it sends your WooCommerce orders and product catalogue to your REVIEWS.io account and places REVIEWS.io widgets on your store. Review collection, moderation and analytics happen in the REVIEWS.io dashboard, and the reviews are hosted there rather than in WordPress.
After an order, customers receive review invitations by email (and SMS from the Start-Up plan) asking for both a product review and a company review, optionally with photos or video. On the store, the plugin can replace the WooCommerce reviews tab with the Product Reviews widget, show a rating snippet under product titles, add carousels and other widgets, output rich snippets server-side and provide Elementor widgets. Reviews are verified purchases, and REVIEWS.io is a Google licensed partner, so ratings can feed Google Seller Ratings and Shopping.
Pricing is per store domain and scales with invitation volume, so it becomes expensive for busy shops compared with self-hosted plugins. Important SEO features such as rich snippets sit on Start-Up and above. The WordPress plugin has only around 1,000 active installs, few ratings, and at the time of writing had not been tested with the latest WordPress releases. Reviews live on REVIEWS.io, so you depend on the service to display them.
It suits growing WooCommerce brands, especially in the UK and Europe, that want Google Seller Ratings, video and UGC tools and a managed review platform, and that have the budget for a monthly subscription.
Best for: Growing WooCommerce brands that want a managed review platform with Google Seller Ratings and UGC, and can budget for a monthly subscription.
REVIEWS.io is a capable hosted review platform with good Google integration and video/UGC features, and the WooCommerce plugin handles the catalogue sync and widgets. The useful SEO features start at $99 a month, so smaller stores will get more for less from a self-hosted plugin.

Likely range: 190 to 740. This counts sites running the paid version, including sites whose licence has lapsed. Estimates are rough and based on public figures as of 14 Oct 2026.
