Invoicing in Pro
Pro creates PDF invoices, cancellations (credit notes for refunds or cancelled orders), packing slips and, through vendidero’s Shiptastic shipping plugin, commercial invoices for international shipments. Documents are designed in a visual editor using shortcodes that can pull order, item and product data, including custom meta keys. Invoices can be created after ordering, after payment, on chosen statuses (per payment method if needed) or when an order email is sent, in which case the PDF is attached to that email. Numbers follow your own format with order and date placeholders, and invoices are finalised to lock the number in.
