Discount Rules for WooCommerce
Rule-based WooCommerce dynamic pricing from Flycart: bulk tiers, cart and BOGO deals, role and purchase-history discounts; free core plus PRO upgrade.
Premium YITH plugin for WooCommerce quantity tiers, BOGO and special offers, cart discounts, gift products and role or purchase-history pricing.
YITH WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discounts is a premium-only plugin from YITH, the Italian developer of a large catalogue of WooCommerce extensions. A free version once existed on WordPress.org but was closed in 2020, so the plugin is now sold only through yithemes.com.
Rules are split into two families. Price rules change product prices: quantity discounts with price tables, special offers such as 3×2 or 50% off the second unit, BOGO, gift products added to the cart, a discount on the entire shop and category discounts. Cart rules discount the cart as a whole when conditions on users, number of orders, total spent, products, cart items, subtotal or payment method are met, and can grant free shipping. A newer rule type offers last-minute deals on the checkout page.
Each rule can be limited to specific users or roles, scheduled with start and end dates, disabled for on-sale products or when a coupon is used, and given a priority that can switch off lower-priority rules. On the storefront the plugin shows discounted prices in the shop loop, quantity and price tables (also via shortcode), custom notices on product pages, promotional modals in the cart and a Gutenberg block listing products in a deal. Applied rules appear in order emails and an order metabox.
There is no free tier to test with, and the price is not shown until checkout. Rule usage limits, bundle pricing rules and discount reports are not part of the documented feature set, and HPOS compatibility is not mentioned in the documentation. Only one of the quantity, category or shop-wide rule types can apply to a product at a time.
It suits stores already using YITH plugins, or those that want quantity tables, special offers, gift products and checkout deals in one well-documented premium package.
Best for: Stores that want a well-documented premium package for quantity tables, special offers, gift products and checkout deals, especially if they already use YITH plugins.
YITH's plugin covers the main dynamic pricing scenarios and adds useful storefront touches like cart modals and checkout deals. The lack of a free tier, hidden pricing and missing usage limits or reports make it a harder sell than freemium rivals unless you are already invested in YITH.

How we estimated this: Website scans by WPoptic find the paid plugin (folder yith-woocommerce-dynamic-pricing-and-discounts-premium) on 4,171 live sites; measured install counts for five WooCommerce extensions show each site found stands for about 4.5, giving 19K. 27,701 paying customers or sales over 11 years; assuming 30% still use it and 1.3 sites per licence gives 11K. Combining these (weighted average) gives about 15K. Likely range: 9.8K to 23K. This counts sites running the paid version, including sites whose licence has lapsed.
