Overview
YITH WooCommerce Account Funds is a premium-only plugin that turns each customer account into a prepaid wallet. Customers deposit money through the store’s normal gateways, then spend that balance on later orders. There is no free version on WordPress.org.
How it works
You set minimum and maximum deposit amounts, step increments and which gateways can be used for deposits. Funds are credited when the deposit order completes. To encourage deposits you can add a fixed or percentage bonus (for example, pay 90 and receive 100 in credit), and you can also offer a cart discount to customers who pay with funds. At checkout, customers can pay entirely from funds or use what they have and cover the rest with another gateway. A deposit form can be placed anywhere with a widget or shortcode, and customers see their balance and history in a dedicated My Account section.
On the admin side, a users table shows each balance with its history, and admins can edit funds with a note that the customer sees. A Deposits report sits under WooCommerce reports, and a low-balance email can remind customers to top up.
