WPLoyalty
Campaign-based WooCommerce loyalty plugin by Flycart with points, referrals, VIP levels, a rewards launcher and coupon rewards; free and Pro editions.
Official Woo extension that awards points on purchases, sign-ups and reviews and lets logged-in customers redeem them as a checkout discount.
WooCommerce Points and Rewards is the official loyalty extension sold on the WooCommerce.com Marketplace and developed by Woo. It is premium-only: there is no free edition on WordPress.org, and a single-site subscription includes a year of updates and support.
The model is deliberately simple. You set a global earning ratio (for example one point per dollar spent), then override it per product category or per product/variation with a fixed number or a percentage. Points can also be awarded for creating an account and for a customer’s first review of each product, and renewals of WooCommerce Subscriptions earn points automatically. Coupons gain a Points Modifier field, so a promotional coupon can boost the points earned on an order.
Points are redeemed in the cart or checkout as a discount, applied like a coupon. You define the points-to-currency value, an optional minimum balance, a maximum discount for the cart (fixed or percentage) and per-product or per-category maximums, and you can let customers choose how many points to use. Refunded or cancelled orders return redeemed points. Customers see their balance and recent history on the My Account page, and messages on product, cart, checkout and thank-you pages tell them what they will earn.
The Manage Points screen lists every customer’s balance and lets you adjust it, with a points log that records each change. You can apply points retroactively to past orders and set a period after which points expire. The extension declares compatibility with HPOS and the Cart and Checkout blocks.
It suits stores that want a dependable, low-maintenance “spend and save” points scheme from Woo itself and do not need gamification, referrals or tiers. Stores wanting a fuller loyalty programme will find more features for less money elsewhere.
Best for: Stores that want a simple, officially supported spend-and-earn points scheme with discount redemption at checkout.
WooCommerce Points and Rewards does the basics reliably and integrates cleanly with core Woo features such as Subscriptions, HPOS and block checkout. However, it lacks referrals, tiers, emails and engagement tools that most competitors include, and its price is high for what it offers.
