WPLoyalty
Campaign-based WooCommerce loyalty plugin by Flycart with points, referrals, VIP levels, a rewards launcher and coupon rewards; free and Pro editions.
Premium YITH loyalty plugin with points rules, extra-point actions, levels and badges, rankings and coupon or checkout redemption for WooCommerce.
YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards is a premium loyalty plugin from YITH, one of the largest WooCommerce extension vendors. A free edition used to be listed on WordPress.org but was closed at the author’s request in November 2021, so today it is effectively premium-only, sold per year with a 30-day refund guarantee.
Earning starts with a global points value per currency spent, refined by points rules that target all products, specific products, on-sale items, categories or tags, and can be limited to user roles or levels. A rule can assign a fixed amount, raise points by a percentage or block earning, and it can be scheduled for a limited time, which makes double-points promotions straightforward. On top of that, extra points reward registration, daily logins, profile completion, birthdays, reviews, order counts, cart or lifetime spend thresholds, referral registrations and purchases, and the top customer of the week or month.
Customers can redeem points in the cart or checkout (manually or automatically), turn them into fixed or percentage coupons, and share points or coupons with others. Minimum cart values, maximum discounts and expiry with reminder emails are configurable. Unlimited levels with badges can change earning and redemption rules, and a ranking page, banners, shortcodes, widgets and blocks surface the programme around the store. Admins can adjust balances, run bulk actions and import or export points via CSV.
The changelog records HPOS support (2023) and fixes for checkout blocks, and YITH documents multi-currency support and integrations with its own Membership, Affiliates and Subscription plugins.
It suits established stores, especially those already using other YITH plugins, that want rule-based earning, levels and gamified extras in one premium package.
Best for: Established WooCommerce stores, especially YITH users, that want detailed earning rules, levels and gamified extras in one premium plugin.
YITH Points and Rewards has one of the deepest rule sets in this category, and its levels, extra points and scheduled rules cover most loyalty strategies. The trade-offs are a premium-only model, a steeper learning curve and thinner reporting than the newest competitors.
