WPLoyalty
Campaign-based WooCommerce loyalty plugin by Flycart with points, referrals, VIP levels, a rewards launcher and coupon rewards; free and Pro editions.
SaaS loyalty, referral, birthday and giveaway platform from Appsmav with a WooCommerce connector plugin; free for up to 100 members.
Gratisfaction is a hosted marketing platform from Appsmav that combines a points programme with referral schemes, birthday campaigns, giveaways and contests. The WordPress.org plugin connects a WooCommerce store to an Appsmav account; programme rules, reward settings and member data live on Appsmav’s servers rather than in WordPress. The same service also supports Shopify, BigCommerce and Ecwid.
Customers earn points for purchases, sign-ups, product reviews, newsletter subscriptions, website visits, surveys and social actions such as follows, likes and shares across Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest and YouTube. Referral campaigns can be single-sided or reward both the referrer and the friend. Points can be spent through a “Pay using Points” option at checkout or exchanged for coupons and other rewards you configure, and specific products can be excluded from earning.
Every feature is available free for up to 100 loyalty members. Beyond that you pay monthly (or about 30% less annually) according to member count, scaling into the thousands, with enterprise pricing on request. Removing Appsmav footer branding from emails and pop-ups is a separate add-on at $99.95/month.
Because it is a SaaS connector, the plugin depends on an external account and per-member billing. Public documentation is thin: we could not confirm VIP tiers, points expiry, redemption limits, multi-currency, HPOS or block checkout behaviour from official pages, and the WooCommerce plugin has a modest install base.
Who should pick it: small stores that want loyalty, referrals and social giveaways in one hosted tool and expect to stay near the free member limit, or merchants running the same programme across several ecommerce platforms.
Best for: Small WooCommerce stores wanting hosted loyalty, referrals and social giveaways without managing it in WordPress.
Gratisfaction is broad on engagement mechanics, especially giveaways and social actions, and the free 100-member plan makes it easy to trial. Its per-member pricing, external hosting and sparse documentation make it harder to recommend for growing stores that want deep WooCommerce control.

Our estimate, see method below.
How we estimated this: About 650 free installs x 12% (the usual share of free sites that also run the paid version when a hosted service whose free tier is limited) gives 78. Likely range: 39 to 160. This counts sites running the paid version, including sites whose licence has lapsed. Estimates are rough and based on public figures as of 14 Oct 2026.
