Filter Everything
Filter plugin for WooCommerce products and any post type, with page-builder widgets, chips and swatches; PRO adds SEO filter pages and a…
Freemium WooCommerce filter plugin with AJAX filtering, price, stock and meta filters, SEO permalinks, counts caching and an off-canvas mobile panel.
annasta Filters for WooCommerce (previously listed as annasta Woocommerce Product Filters) is a product filtering plugin from the small independent developer annasta.net. It adds filter presets to the shop, category, tag and attribute archives, and to pages that use the WooCommerce [products] shortcode. You build a preset in the admin, choose which filters it holds, then place it with a Gutenberg block, widget, shortcode or WooCommerce hook.
The free version on WordPress.org is unusually complete. It filters by categories, tags, attributes, custom taxonomies such as brands, and product meta data, plus price (slider or preset ranges), stock status, rating, featured and on-sale products. A text search control can be combined with filters and can use WooCommerce search, Relevanssi or Advanced Woo Search. Results can update with AJAX (including history support), via plain URL links or with a submit button, and pagination can switch to infinite scroll, AJAX page numbers or Load More.
Recent releases added permalink-style URL rewrites for filter parameters, canonical links, nofollow on filter links, dynamic titles and meta descriptions, and noindex options for filtered or empty pages, with Yoast SEO and Rank Math canonical compatibility. Product counts are cached and the cache can use a persistent object cache such as Redis or Memcached.
Premium is sold through Freemius as a one-time payment that includes future updates; the price is only shown on the plugin’s Upgrade screen, not on the website. Paid extras include multiple presets for different categories or brands, range selection for taxonomies, dropdown styles, hiding empty options, per-filter reset buttons, image filters with thumbnail autoload, Show more for long lists, preset cloning and settings import, and meta filters in SEO-indexable parameters.
It suits budget-conscious stores on standard WooCommerce themes that want SEO-friendly filtered pages without a subscription.
Best for: Stores on standard WooCommerce themes that want a capable free filter with SEO-friendly URLs.
annasta gives away more than most free filter plugins, including SEO URL rewrites, stock and rating filters and an off-canvas mobile panel. Its small user base and unpublished premium price are the main question marks, but the free version alone covers many shops.
