Coupon Affiliates
WooCommerce-only affiliate plugin that ties each affiliate to a coupon code, with referral links, a front-end dashboard and a PRO tier for…
WooCommerce-only affiliate plugin from YITH with a free core for links and commissions, and a premium version for coupons, rate rules and automated payments.
YITH WooCommerce Affiliates is an affiliate programme plugin from YITH, a large WooCommerce extension vendor. It works only with WooCommerce. Affiliates share links containing a referral token, a cookie stores the referrer, and a commission is calculated when the referred visitor buys.
The free version on WordPress.org gives you a registration form (also available inside the WooCommerce My Account registration), manual or approved affiliates with ban/reject options, configurable cookies, an affiliate dashboard as a My Account endpoint or via shortcode, social sharing of referral links, a single default commission rate, exclusion of taxes and discounts, blocking of self-referrals, manual bank-transfer payments, and automatic deduction of commission when an order is refunded.
The premium version adds custom registration fields and auto-approval, rate overrides per user, role or product, product/category exclusions, coupons assigned to affiliates, permanent (lifetime) affiliation, recurring commissions with WooCommerce Subscriptions, visit and IP logging with advanced reports, manual association of orders to affiliates, CSV export, withdrawal requests with invoices, and scheduled or threshold-based automatic payments. PayPal is supported directly. Stripe Connect, PayPal Payouts and store credit (Account Funds) rely on other paid YITH plugins.
It suits WooCommerce stores, especially ones already using YITH extensions, that want a straightforward link-based affiliate programme managed inside My Account.
Best for: WooCommerce stores already using YITH extensions that want a simple link-based affiliate programme inside My Account.
YITH WooCommerce Affiliates is a solid, WooCommerce-native choice for simple link-based programmes, and its free version handles refunds and My Account integration well. Its feature set is narrower than most rivals': there is no MLM, no landing pages and no creatives, and some payout methods need extra YITH purchases. That makes it best for stores already invested in the YITH ecosystem.

Our estimate, see method below.
How we estimated this: Website scans by WPoptic find the paid plugin (folder yith-woocommerce-affiliates-premium) on 1,892 live sites; they find the free version on 4,305 sites against about 6.5K WordPress.org installs, so each site found stands for about 1.5, giving 2.9K. 20,581 paying customers or sales over 11 years; assuming 30% still use it and 1.3 sites per licence gives 8K. About 6.5K free installs x 30% (the usual share of free sites that also run the paid version when many key features are paid, and store owners upgrade more often) gives 2K. Combining these (weighted average) gives about 4K. Likely range: 2.6K to 6K. This counts sites running the paid version, including sites whose licence has lapsed. Estimates are rough and based on public figures as of 14 Oct 2026.
